Our Programs
The Iranian Ethnomusicology Network (IEN) organizes several recurring program series designed to support scholarly exchange, professional development, and close engagement with the diverse musical cultures of Iran and its broader regional contexts. Our activities include research presentations, roundtables, workshops, fieldwork talks, and listening sessions. Some programs focus on presenting completed or ongoing research, while others create spaces for methodological discussion, professional training, collective listening, and dialogue among scholars, students, musicians, and practitioners.
